Tip for the week 10/08/2010:
Exercise must be placed as a mandatory portion of your day. In order for that to occur in my life. I must complete my workout in the beginning before everybody starts to take pieces of my time. I have noticed that some people do better if they attend a gym or a fitness class. There are the serious minded that attend many of my one on one fitness classes with me. The key is MOVEMENT to the pointing of sweating. Some people have the wrong notion that walking and cleaning are enough NOT if you do not sweat. Please note ONCE I lost  more than 3 pounds in one day from serious hard housework. 
The key is MOVEMENT to the point of sweating helps to naturally detoxify, strengthen the body and refresh the skin tonicity. 
 
 
 Tip for the week 6/28/2010: 
We are made in HIS image. We have sovereign power: so build ... make great things occur in your life.  Don't wait ...  daily work  ... to build greatness in your life!  We are in HIS image.  Then think as He does ... with Power and Confidence!  
 
 
First step : Daily give praise for the wonders in your life! God is able to answer your requests.  Here is an example of my personal request:  In each day God give me the strength and self control to speak positively, feed the body only healthy wholesome foods and daily participate in at least thirty minutes of physical activity. For when I am strong and sound then I can be a light to others. Amen.
 
Now is the time for you to grab the reigns of your life.  Take the time to formulate your personal request as to begin or strengthen your relationship with God
 
Fasting is often mentioned as a cleansing and purifying act. We are indeed in need of the benefits of fasting.  Here we will begin with a much needed daily fast. In these steps you are learning to daily fast from unhealthy foods and negative statements.  You are on the way to Longevity and self healing.  On this journey to wellness locate a journal.  In the journal record your gratitude statements which is a clear and concrete method to thank God for all of the wonderful things that God has blessed you to enjoy in your life. Next try thirty days of sacrifice. Consider eating beans and brown rice or beans and a hearty salad. Drink only fresh clean water.
 
 
2. Awake to each day as a second chance to live a day of wellness.  A Positive Daybreak Statement is often a statement like the above personal request with additional positive statements about yourself.  
 
ENJOY.. WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY! God exists...we have to request for what we expect in our lives!  Keep a CLOSE relationship with God.  No, I am not able to hear a response ...I see the results, or I hear the statements come from other people.   At times I make wrong requests and I ask for forgiveness + strength to get out of a MESS! Nothing is a mistake; for this is how we learn, form character and WISDOM.

In your journal enter your requests.  Record the results. Careful it is in the path that you walk in that leads or hinders the results! Humble yourself and enter into new things which will often cause a great break through and may cause a capturing of a request. The path that you walk in  .... should be a reach towards assisting others.  For example, for 6 weeks I directed and instructed in a camp for 5 year olds up to 10 years old. It was challenging, fun, and so rewarding for my life and for many that participated in the camp.   
 
 
3.  Everday be active for at least thirty minutes by walking, jogging, swimming, etc. you may need to start with a partner to keep you consistent eventually you will crave to do it even by yourself.
